These terms govern your use of the Wrap & Cover website (wrapandcover.co.uk) and any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

2. Consumer vs B2B Orders

These terms apply to both consumer (personal) purchases and business-to-business (B2B) purchases. Where different terms apply to B2B customers, this is stated clearly. Consumer statutory rights are not affected by any B2B-specific terms.

3. Products

We supply blank (undecorated) garments and personalised/customised garments including embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer printing and vinyl. Product images are for illustration purposes. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and dye lots.

4. Placing an Order

By completing checkout and submitting your order, you are making an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order.

For customised orders, production does not begin until you have approved a digital proof in writing. Your approval constitutes acceptance of the design as shown.

5. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£). Prices for consumer orders include VAT at the applicable rate. B2B customers may see prices excluding VAT - VAT will be shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If the correct price is higher than shown, we will contact you before processing.

Setup charges, digitising fees and design service fees are quoted separately and confirmed before production.

6. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering unless you hold a trade account with agreed credit terms. We accept major debit and credit cards and PayPal via Shopify Payments. Card details are processed securely and we do not store payment card information.

7. Customised & Personalised Orders

- You are responsible for the accuracy of all names, numbers, text and artwork you supply or approve.
- A digital proof will be sent for approval before production. You must check all details carefully.
- Once a proof is approved and production begins, changes or cancellations are not possible.
- Personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty or not matching the approved proof.

8. Bulk & Bespoke Orders (B2B)

- Minimum quantities may apply for certain decoration methods (e.g. screen printing: 25+ units).
- Bulk & bespoke order pricing is confirmed at the time of quotation and is valid for 30 days.
- Once a bulk or bespoke order is confirmed and in production, cancellation is not accepted.
- Any shortage or quality issue must be reported within 5 working days of delivery.

9. Delivery

We aim to despatch standard orders within the timeframes shown on our Delivery FAQ page. Lead times for customised orders are confirmed at the point of order and begin from proof approval. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control.

10. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details. Consumer statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015 are upheld in full.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos and design is the property of Wrap & Cover Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission. By supplying us with artwork or logos you confirm you have the right to use them and indemnify us against any third-party intellectual property claims.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to B2B customers is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

Consumer statutory rights are not affected.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published at wrapandcover.co.uk/pages/terms-conditions.
