Need something beyond an off-the-shelf garment, or can't find what you're looking for at all? We offer two kinds of bespoke work: branding and artwork services on garments we already supply, and a sourcing service for garments we don't.

Branding & Artwork Services

Make sure your team looks exactly the way you want, on the garments already in our range.

Logo Digitisation

We convert your logo into an embroidery file, optimised for clean, accurate stitching. A one-off set-up fee of £20 applies per logo. Suitable for any format, even if all you have is a JPG or a printed version of your brand mark.

Logo Redraw & Resize

If your existing logo file is low quality, poorly formatted, or needs adjusting for a garment, our design team can redraw or resize it for production. We'll send you a proof for approval.

Custom Colour Matching

We work to Pantone references to match your brand colours as closely as possible across both embroidery thread and printed garments.

Size Customisation

Require specific sizing outside standard ranges, such as extended sizes, youth sizes, or custom cuts? Talk to us and we'll advise on what's possible.

Multi-Location Branding

Need your logo on the chest, sleeve, and back? Or different department names on different garments? We handle complex, multi-position decoration for schools, large businesses, and sports clubs.

Managed Uniform Programmes

For schools and larger organisations, we can set up a dedicated ordering portal so staff, parents, or team members can order directly, with your branding and pricing already configured.

Sourcing Service

Can't find exactly what you're looking for? Our sourcing service is designed for customers with specific garment requirements that aren't covered by our standard range. We work with an extensive network of suppliers and manufacturers to find or produce what you need.

When to Use This Service

• You need a specific fabric, weight or construction not in our standard range
• You require a garment type we don't currently stock
• You need a very large quantity at an especially competitive price
• You're looking for a sustainable or ethically certified alternative
• You need a bespoke cut, size range or specialist garment

How Sourcing Works

1. Tell us what you need - describe the garment, quantity, budget and timeline
2. We'll research options - we'll come back to you with sourcing proposals, typically within 3-5 working days
3. Approve and produce - once you're happy with the proposal, we'll manage the sampling, sourcing and production
4. Quality check and delivery - we inspect all bespoke orders before dispatch

Minimums & Lead Times

Bespoke sourcing typically requires minimum quantities of 50-100 units depending on the garment and manufacturer. Lead times vary by project, we'll confirm this at the proposal stage.
