Ordering
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods subject to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Personalised & Custom Orders
For personalised or embroidered items, you are responsible for ensuring all artwork, text and specifications submitted are correct. We will provide a proof for approval before production. Once a proof is approved and production begins, changes cannot be made and orders cannot be cancelled. Personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty (see our Returns Policy).
Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal and other methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store card details.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs or events outside our control. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery. Please see our Delivery FAQ for full details.
Prices & Availability
All prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure prices shown are accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

All content on this website including images, text and design is the property of Wrap & Cover Ltd or used with permission. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our written consent.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of our website or purchase of goods is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
