What We Offer
Premium Embroidery
Best for: polos, fleeces, jackets, workwear, and schoolwear
- Crisp, durable stitch work that holds its shape wash after wash
- Ideal for logos, initials, and text
- A one-off digitisation set-up fee of £20 + VAT applies per logo, which covers converting your artwork into an embroidery file optimised for your garments
Screen & DTF Print
Best for: T-shirts, hoodies, sportswear, and high-colour designs
- Full-colour prints with sharp detail
- DTF (Direct to Film) printing available for small runs - no minimum order
- Screen printing available for larger volume orders
Heat Transfer & Badges
Best for: name badges, numbered kits, and temporary branding
- Quick turnaround on name and number printing
- Removable options available on request
How It Works
- Choose your garments - pick your sizes and quantities on the garment page
- Add your decoration - choose print or embroidery, the position (e.g. left chest, full back, sleeve) and the logo size. You can add up to 3 positions per garment
- Upload your logo - we pick out its colours automatically; change them, add Pantone references, or ask us to match them
- We send a proof - you approve it before we decorate anything
- We decorate and dispatch - most orders are ready within 5-10 working days
Artwork Guidelines
- Upload your logo on the garment page (up to 20 MB) - or email it to us if you don't have it to hand
- Best results come from vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf)
- High-resolution JPG/PNG (300dpi+) also accepted
- Don't have the right file? We can redraw or digitise your logo - just ask
- Maximum embroidery area: approximately 10cm x 10cm (chest position); larger backs available
Pricing
Decoration prices are fixed and added to your basket automatically when you choose decoration on a garment. Prices below are ex VAT - VAT is added at checkout. A4 embroidery is confirmed by quotation.

FAQs
Is there a set-up fee for embroidery?
Yes - there's a one-off digitisation fee of £20 + VAT per logo. This covers converting your artwork into a high-quality embroidery file. Once set up, there's no repeat charge for future orders using the same logo.
Do you have a minimum order for embroidery?
No - we don't have a minimum order quantity. You can order as few as one item.
How long does it take?
Most decorated orders are completed within 5-10 working days from proof approval. Rush turnarounds are available - contact us to discuss.
Can you match my brand colours exactly?
We'll always aim to match your brand colours as closely as possible. Thread colours are matched to Pantone references where supplied.
What if I don't have a logo file?
We offer a logo redraw and digitisation service. Send us what you have and we'll get back to you with options.
Can I put my logo in more than one place?
Yes - add up to 3 positions per garment, each with its own size and logo.
What colours will you use?
We pick out your logo's colours automatically. You can change them, add Pantone references, or ask us to choose. Prints are full colour; embroidery threads are matched to Pantone.
